A Chat with Dr. Lana Feng: CEO and Cofounder of Huma.AI

This week, Stephen Ibaraki has an exclusive interview with Dr. Lana Feng.

Dr. Feng is the CEO and cofounder of Huma.AI, a GenAI-powered evidence generation platform for healthcare and life sciences. The platform automates data curation with high accuracy and transparency, shortening time spent from weeks to minutes. Technology Thought Leader Gartner named Huma.AI as a leading GenAI vendor in over 20 Hype Cycle Reports in 2023. Huma.AI is a prestigious Pegasus partner from Microsoft Startups.

Dr. Feng is a 2024 Inc. Magazine's Female Founders 250 and a member of the Forbes Technology Council. She spent 20 years in precision medicine including Novartis OBU and Genoptix. At Genoptix she built a BioPharma unit from 0 to $45M in five years leading to its acquisition by Novartis.

Dr. Feng holds a Ph.D. from Indiana University and did her postdoc research at UCSD.
