William Maynard - Bill brings to the NPA board more than 20 years of real-world experience in the information technology market. He has held both technical and management positions at GE, NetVersant , Encompass, and NetCom as well as having his own network integration company. His expertise includes expert systems design and installation, network design and installation and program management. In his leadership role at NetCom he was responsible for the corporate infrastructure and the day to day operations. Bill also services on the communication committee for the San Diego Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is the Technology Committee Chair for the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce. Bill has a Bachelor in Science in Drafting and Design and Masters in Business.
