Karen has been in the IT industry for over 20 years with progressing responsibilities as a help desk technician from companies such as Lockheed Martin, CIS division now known as Neustar and University of Chicago Hospitals now known as UChicago.
As a graduate from Eastern Illinois University with a B, S and a Master's in Education, Karen now works in academics as a Director of Information Technology and Audio Visual at Illinois Tech, Chicago Kent Law School.
During free time Karen serves a Sunday School Teacher at Apostolic Light House church. At Life Church of Joliet Karen servers as a greeter and helping hands cleaning. When time permits Karen works at keeping up with latest technology trends, walking, exercise and light traveling.
