Bill Pederson: Driving disruptive strategy in geospatial imaging for Live Earth Imaging; Entrepreneur

This week, Stephen Ibaraki has an exclusive interview with Bill Pederson.

Bill Pederson is driving the disruptive strategy in geospatial imaging for Live Earth Imaging. This cutting-edge technology will provide live, full color images of 97% of the earth in full color every second with 5 second latency. His efforts thus far have been focused on marketing, financing, and legislative initiatives to secure the $1.9 billion Federal Finance Bank loan for the company.

Prior to joining Live Earth in 2017 Bill had spent 5 years consulting corporate senior management teams in retreat settings focusing on strategic planning and team building. The companies varied in size from startup to $1.3 billion turnover.

Prior to 2012 Bill owned and was an active manager in a variety of businesses including wholesale automotive parts distribution for GM and Ford, wholesale natural gas and telephony, printing and events.

His board experience includes Sanford Healthcare System, Home Federal Bank and ETC Group.

A graduate of the University of Utah and University of South Dakota, holding degrees in English, economics, and an MBA.

Bill has a diverse business and personal background along with an addiction to entrepreneurialism. He attributes his balance in life to being a member of the Young Presidents Organization for almost 30 years.
